How to choose your class
New to yoga? Start with Morning Grounding or Sunday Reset for slower pacing and extra explanation. Comfortable with standing poses and basic transitions? Try Alignment Essentials or Strength & Stability.
Levels
- Gentle: Slow, supported, great for beginners.
- All Levels: Options given to scale up or down.
- Intermediate: For students familiar with basic poses and healthy to bear weight on wrists.
